Welcome to the John J. Shaughnessy Elementary School PTO page. PTO stands for Parent Teacher Organization. Our PTO gives parents and teachers the opportunity to work together to supplement and enrich the educational experience for our students, teachers, and the community by putting on events, fundraisers, and other activities. The Shaughnessy PTO meets once per month and all levels of interest are welcome.  If you are interested in joining or helping out with a school event, please reach out to the principal or to your child's teacher for more information.
