Mrs. Petitpas
Hello! My name is Alysse Petitpas, and I am the K-2 Literacy Specialist at Shaughnessy School. This is my third year working in Lowell. Prior to joining the Shark team, I worked as a Kindergarten teacher for nine years, three spent in Marlborough and six in Bedford Public Schools. I have a daughter Vienna, who is the happiest little one-year-old girl and is adored by her big brother Felix, who is three. As a family, we love to play on our pirate ship fort and read stories about talking animals and construction vehicles!
Mrs. McGonigle
Hello, my name is Katie McGonigle, and I am the Math Resource Teacher here at the Shaughnessy School. Before working as an MRT, I worked here at the Shaughnessy in 3rd grade, but am very excited about my new role. Outside of school, I spend most of my time with my husband and two daughters, Brynn & Isla. We love to go for walks, head to the beach or lake, and spend time with our friends and family.

Hello! My name is Cassie McCallum, the Literacy Specialist at the Shaughnessy School, focusing on grades 3 and 4. Prior to joining the Shaughnessy team, I worked at the School of Education at UMass Lowell as the Program Director and Adjunct Professor. I also taught Pre-K and K for several years. Outside of school I love spending time with my dog, Max and my friends and family.
